Cazuela de ternera con pollo
Para preparar el risotto primero cortamos las verduras y las echamos a la sartén, que se vayan pochando. Hay gente que hierve el arroz a parte y hay quien lo hierve en la misma olla con el caldo y el sofrito. De desayuno alcaparras y de cena mecenas.

Decepcionante
La música no fue demasiado buena, demasiado techno y poco reggaetón, tanto antiguo como más actual. Y el precio de las consumiciones creo que es un poco excesivo. En general, me encanta el sitio pero la experiencia de ayer fue decepcionante
